Agreement to Terms
By booking and using Mercedes E Class 2025 Transfers services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "Customer") and Mercedes E Class 2025 Transfers (the "Company"). Please read these terms carefully before making a booking.
If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our services. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.
Booking & Reservations
Making a Booking
- All bookings must be made through our website, phone, email, or WhatsApp
- You must provide accurate pickup and drop-off locations
- Flight details must be provided for airport transfers
- Special requirements (child seats, luggage, accessibility needs) must be specified at booking
- Booking confirmation will be sent via email and SMS
Booking Confirmation
Your booking is confirmed when you receive a confirmation email or SMS from us. This confirmation will include:
- Booking reference number
- Pickup date, time, and location
- Drop-off location
- Vehicle type and number of passengers
- Total price
- Driver details (sent 30 minutes before pickup)
Advance Booking
We recommend booking at least 24 hours in advance to guarantee availability. For airport transfers during peak periods, we suggest booking 48-72 hours in advance.
Pricing & Payment
Fixed Pricing
- All prices quoted are fixed and guaranteed at the time of booking
- No hidden charges or surge pricing
- Prices include vehicle, driver, fuel, and standard waiting time
- Airport parking fees are included in airport transfer prices
Payment Methods
We accept the following payment methods:
- Credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express)
- Cash payment to driver (must be agreed in advance)
- Bank transfer for corporate accounts
Additional Charges
Additional charges may apply for:
- Child seats (£5 per seat)
- Additional stops not included in booking (£10 per stop)
- Excessive waiting time beyond 60 minutes (£15 per 15 minutes)
- Extra luggage beyond vehicle capacity (may require larger vehicle)
- Cleaning fees for vehicle damage or excessive mess (from £50)
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Charges
Please note our cancellation policy to avoid charges:
- Free Cancellation: Cancel up to 24 hours before pickup time for full refund
- 50% Charge: Cancel 12-24 hours before pickup time
- 100% Charge: Cancel less than 12 hours before pickup time or no-show
- Emergency Cancellations: May be considered on case-by-case basis
How to Cancel
To cancel your booking:
- Contact us immediately via phone (+44 7860 261578), email, or WhatsApp
- Provide your booking reference number
- Cancellation confirmation will be sent within 1 hour
- Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 5-7 business days
Pickup & Waiting Time
Standard Pickups
- Driver will arrive 5-10 minutes before scheduled pickup time
- Please be ready at the pickup location at the scheduled time
- Free waiting time: 15 minutes for standard pickups
- After 15 minutes, additional charges of £5 per 15 minutes apply
Airport Pickups
- Driver will track your flight arrival time
- Free waiting time: 60 minutes from actual landing time
- Driver will wait in arrivals area with name board
- Please collect luggage and clear customs within waiting time
- After 60 minutes, additional charges of £15 per 15 minutes apply
No-Show Policy
If you fail to arrive at the pickup location within the free waiting time and have not contacted us, the booking will be marked as a "no-show" and no refund will be provided.
Vehicle & Service Standards
Vehicle Standards
- All vehicles are clean, well-maintained, and regularly serviced
- Vehicles are fully insured for passenger transport
- Air conditioning and heating available in all vehicles
- Complimentary bottled water provided
Driver Standards
- All drivers are licensed, insured, and DBS checked
- Drivers are professionally trained and experienced
- Smart, professional appearance required
- Courteous and helpful service guaranteed
Luggage
- Standard luggage allowance included in price
- Saloon cars: 2 large suitcases + 2 hand luggage
- Estate cars: 3 large suitcases + 3 hand luggage
- MPV (6-seater): 4 large suitcases + 4 hand luggage
- MPV (8-seater): 6 large suitcases + 6 hand luggage
- Extra luggage may require upgrade to larger vehicle
Liability & Insurance
Our Liability
- We provide fully insured vehicles and licensed drivers
- We are liable for losses caused by our negligence or breach of contract
- We are not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, or circumstances beyond our control
- We are not responsible for missed flights, trains, or appointments due to external factors
- Maximum liability is limited to the value of the booking
Customer Responsibilities
- Provide accurate pickup and drop-off information
- Be ready at scheduled pickup time
- Ensure all passengers have valid travel documents
- Comply with UK road traffic laws and driver instructions
- Not consume alcohol or smoke in vehicles
- Report any issues immediately to customer service
Lost Property
- We are not responsible for items left in vehicles
- Found items will be held for 30 days
- Contact us immediately if you leave items behind
- Return of items may be subject to courier charges
Passenger Conduct
Acceptable Behavior
All passengers must:
- Treat drivers and vehicles with respect
- Wear seatbelts at all times
- Not smoke, vape, or consume alcohol in vehicles
- Not engage in aggressive or abusive behavior
- Keep noise levels reasonable
Right to Refuse Service
We reserve the right to refuse service or terminate a journey if:
- Passenger is intoxicated or under influence of drugs
- Passenger behavior threatens driver or vehicle safety
- Passenger engages in aggressive, abusive, or illegal behavior
- Passenger attempts to exceed vehicle capacity
No refund will be provided if service is terminated due to passenger misconduct.
Child Safety
- Child seats/boosters required by law for children under 12 or under 135cm tall
- We provide child seats for £5 per seat (must be booked in advance)
- You may provide your own child seat at no charge
- Parents/guardians responsible for ensuring correct child seat usage
- Infants must use rear-facing car seats (under 15 months)
Accessibility
- Wheelchair-accessible vehicles available on request
- Must be specified at time of booking (at least 48 hours in advance)
- Guide dogs and assistance animals welcome at no extra charge
- Drivers trained to assist passengers with mobility needs
- Please inform us of any special requirements when booking
Service Area
Our standard service covers:
- Greater Manchester and all surrounding areas
- Chester and Cheshire region
- Liverpool and Merseyside region
- All UK airports (transfers to/from service areas)
Journeys outside our standard service area may be available upon request. Please contact us for pricing and availability.
Force Majeure
We are not liable for failure to perform our obligations due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:
- Severe weather conditions (snow, ice, flooding)
- Natural disasters
- Road closures or major traffic incidents
- Civil unrest or terrorism
- Government restrictions or mandates
- Vehicle breakdown (we will arrange alternative transport)
Privacy & Data Protection
Your personal information is collected and processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and GDPR regulations. By booking our services, you consent to:
- Collection of personal and booking information
- Sharing necessary details with assigned driver
- Use of data for service delivery and communication
- Storage of booking records as required by law
Complaints & Disputes
Making a Complaint

Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms. We encourage you to review these terms periodically.
