These promotional terms apply to all offers, discounts, and special promotions provided by Ash Transfer. Please read these terms carefully before using any promotional codes or taking advantage of our special offers.

Current Promotions

General Terms

• All promotions are subject to availability
• Promotions may be modified or withdrawn at any time without prior notice
• Discounts apply to the base fare only, not to extras or additional services
• Promotional codes are case-sensitive and must be entered exactly as provided
• Each promotional code can only be used once per customer unless otherwise stated
• Promotions are not transferable and have no cash value

Restrictions

• Promotions cannot be combined with other offers unless explicitly stated
• Discounts do not apply to bookings already made
• Promotional codes must be applied at the time of booking
• We reserve the right to refuse any promotional code that we believe has been obtained fraudulently
• Expired promotional codes cannot be honored
• Bulk or commercial bookings may not qualify for promotional discounts

Return Journey Discount

Our return journey discount applies when you book both your outbound and return journeys together:

• 10% discount applies to the total fare for both journeys
• Both journeys must be booked in the same transaction
• Return journey must be within 30 days of outbound journey
• Changes to either journey may affect the discount eligibility
• Discount is automatically applied at checkout when return journey is selected

Online Booking Discount

Save 5% when you book directly through our website:

• Discount applies automatically to all online bookings
• No promotional code required
• Does not apply to phone or email bookings
• Can be combined with return journey discount

First Booking Discount

Welcome new customers with a special 10% discount:

• Available for first-time customers only
• Applies to your first booking after account registration
• Cannot be used with other promotional codes
• Discount code will be sent via email after registration
• Valid for 30 days from registration date

Fair Use Policy

• We reserve the right to cancel or modify bookings that violate our promotional terms
• Fraudulent use of promotional codes may result in account suspension
• Multiple accounts created to abuse promotions will be detected and blocked
• We may request verification for unusual booking patterns

Standard Terms Apply

All bookings, including those with promotional discounts, are subject to our standard Terms & Conditions. In the event of any conflict between these promotional terms and our standard terms, the standard terms will prevail.
