- Respect no-smoking policies in all vehicles
Prohibited Behavior
- No abusive, threatening, or disrespectful behavior towards drivers or staff
- No fraudulent bookings or payment chargebacks without valid reason
- No misuse of promotional codes or discount offers
- Vehicles must not be used for illegal activities
- No smoking, vaping, or consumption of alcohol in vehicles
- No excessive mess, damage, or vandalism to vehicles
- No harassment or discrimination of any kind
- No attempts to hack, breach, or disrupt our website or systems
Consequences of Violation
If you violate this Acceptable Use Policy, we may take the following actions:
- Warning or suspension of your account
- Cancellation of current and future bookings
- Additional charges for damage, cleaning, or lost time
- Permanent ban from using our services

Safety & Security
We take safety seriously. All passengers must:
- Wear seatbelts at all times during the journey
- Follow driver instructions for safe boarding and alighting
